These terms cover how we work together when you use Bliss Studio Co.'s services. Please read them before booking or purchasing anything. By working with me, you agree to these terms.

Who this covers

These terms apply to all services offered by Bliss Studio Co., including Bliss Check, Bliss Build, Bliss Hours, and Bliss Care retainer packages.

Services

I will deliver the services as described on my website and in any proposals or agreements we discuss. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined before we begin.

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue working with any client at any time if the working relationship is not a good fit.

Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment terms are as follows:

Bliss Check is paid in full upfront before work begins.
Bliss Build requires 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
Bliss Hours packages are paid in full upfront. Hours never expire and can be used at your own pace.
Bliss Care retainers are paid upfront and renew on the 30th of each month. Unused hours roll over up to 25% to the next month.

All payments are processed through PayPal or Wise Transfer. I do not store payment details.

Cancellations and refunds

Bliss Check: Due to the nature of the work, this service is non-refundable once work has begun.
Bliss Build: The upfront deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel before completion, you will be billed for work completed up to that point.
Bliss Hours: Non-refundable once purchased. Hours do not expire so you can use them whenever you are ready.
Bliss Care: Requires 30 days written notice to cancel. You will not be charged for the following month once notice is received. No refunds for the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

To make sure we can do great work together, you agree to provide accurate information, give timely feedback and approvals, and ensure I have the access I need to your platforms and tools to complete the work. Delays on your end may affect project timelines and I will communicate if that happens.

Ownership and intellectual property

Once final payment is received, you own the deliverables I create for your business. I retain the right to reference our work together in my portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

Any tools, templates, or processes I use that were developed independently remain my intellectual property.

Confidentiality

I treat everything you share with me as confidential. I do not share your business information, strategies, or data with anyone outside of what is needed to deliver your services.

Limitation of liability

I do my absolute best work for every client, but I cannot guarantee specific business results from the systems and funnels I build. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of my services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
