A little bit about myself!

Hello! I'm Emma

Thirteen years ago, I was at a crossroads that probably sounds familiar to a lot of women.

I wanted something of my own. Not just a job, but something I could build that would let me contribute meaningfully to my family while still being fully present for my daughter as she grew up.

I didn't want to choose between being a present mother and being financially independent - I wanted both.

So I did what a lot of us do when we don't have all the answers: I said yes to opportunities that scared me a little bit, and I figured it out as I went.

I didn't have a fancy degree in computer science. I didn't have formal training in marketing automation or funnel building. What I had was the internet, YouTube tutorials, a lot of trial and error, and this stubborn belief that if I kept showing up and kept learning, I'd figure it out.

And I did.

That resourceful problem-solver, I-can-figure-this-out energy? It's still exactly how I work today. When a client comes to me with a challenge, I don't throw my hands up and say "I don't know how to do that." I dig in. I research. I test. I find the solution.

Thirteen years later, I've built hundreds of funnels and backend systems for women leaders running six and seven-figure businesses. I've worked in Kajabi, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kartra - I've lived in these platforms so long that I dream in workflows and automations.

But here's what I've learned over these thirteen years: The technical skill is just half of it.

What really makes the difference is understanding the business behind the build. Understanding what you're actually trying to accomplish.

Understanding your audience, your offers, your vision for growth. That's where the real value comes in - when I can build systems that don't just work, but that actually support what you're trying to create long-term.

The Personal Stuff!

When I'm not building systems and optimizing funnels, I'm living my life with my husband of 20 years, our daughter, and our two dogs here in the Philippines.

I'm obsessed with true crime. The darker and creepier, the better. Give me a good documentary about an unsolved mystery and I'm completely absorbed.

I live for buffet restaurants where I can try a little bit of everything. Why commit to one dish when you can sample twelve?

I'm equally happy at the beach or in the mountains. I don't discriminate when it comes to nature - give me either and I'm content.

I'm proudly a passenger princess. I don't drive. Never learned, probably never will. My husband handles the driving and I'm completely okay with that division of labor.

I've fully embraced AI to organize my very hyperactive brain. I use it for everything from organizing my thoughts to managing my schedule to researching solutions. It's genuinely changed how I work and how I live.

Chocolate is its own food group in my world. Not negotiable.

My astrology/Human Design breakdown: I'm an Aquarius sun with Aries rising and Leo moon. INTJ-A, and a 5/1 Initiator Manifestor in Human Design.

How I Use AI

(And Why I'm Transparent About It)

I use AI strategically in my work, and I'm completely transparent about it.

It's not because it is doing the work for me or to cut corners, but because I believe in using every tool available to deliver better results for my clients.

Here's exactly how I use AI:

I use it to research faster and more thoroughly. When I'm solving a complex systems problem or figuring out the best way to structure a funnel for your specific business model, I can explore more possibilities and test more approaches in less time.

I use it to spot patterns and optimization opportunities I might otherwise miss. AI helps me analyze what's working and what's not across different implementations, which makes me better at recommending strategic improvements.

I use it to organize my thinking and document processes more clearly. This means better handoff documentation for your team and clearer explanations when I'm training you on how to manage your systems.

Think of it this way: AI is like having a really fast research assistant and a really good note-taker. But the strategy, the understanding of your business, the actual building, the optimization, the partnership - that's 100% human expertise.

I'm transparent about using AI because I think it's the future of how we all work smarter. And honestly? If someone told me they could deliver better results faster and they weren't using every tool available to them, I'd question their judgment.

You're hiring me for my expertise, my strategic thinking, and my ability to build systems that actually work for your business. AI just helps me do all of that better and faster.

What I Actually Do

(It's More Than Just "Tech")

Here's the thing: when people hear "systems implementation," they think it's just the technical stuff. Building funnels. Setting up automations. Connecting platforms.

And yes, I do all of that. But what I actually specialize in is being a true operational partner in your business.

Z

I'm Your Operations Backbone

I handle the backend operations that keep your business running smoothly:

  • Managing your CRM and making sure leads don't fall through the cracks
  • Building and maintaining your launch infrastructure
  • Setting up client onboarding systems that run on autopilot
  • Handling the operational details that your team doesn't have bandwidth for
  • Proactively spotting what needs to be fixed before it becomes a problem

I'm not just building things when you ask - I'm actively managing the operational side of your business so you can focus on growth.

Z

I'm Your Strategic Collaborator

You know how sometimes you just need to talk through an idea with someone who gets it? That's me.

I'm your sounding board for:

  • "Does this launch strategy make sense?"
  • "Should we structure the funnel this way or that way?"
  • "What do you think about adding this to our offers?"
  • "How would you approach this problem?"

Sure, you could bounce ideas off AI. But AI doesn't understand the nuances of your audience, your brand, your goals.

And honestly? AI is a robot. It doesn't have feelings. It doesn't actually CARE.

I do.

Z

I'm Genuinely Invested in Your Success

This is what AI can't replicate and what makes our partnership different:

I care about your business. Not in a "I'm being paid to say this" way, but in a real, human way where when your launch goes well, I'm genuinely excited. When you're stressed about something, I'm thinking about how to solve it. When you hit a milestone, I'm celebrating with you.

I build real relationships. At the end of the day, I want human connection. I want to work with people I genuinely like and respect. I want to know your business so well that I can anticipate what you need before you ask for it.

I'm proactive because I'm invested. I'm not waiting for you to tell me what to do. If I see something that could be better, I'm bringing it up. If I spot an opportunity, I'm pointing it out. If something's about to become a problem, I'm already thinking about how to prevent it.

This is the difference between working with a systems partner versus just hiring someone to complete tasks.

What I Build (The Systems Side)

Launch Infrastructure Complete launch funnels, email sequences, webinar systems, cart open/close automations, post-launch follow-up

Evergreen Systems Always-on sales funnels, automated nurture sequences, lead magnet delivery, tripwire and upsell automations

Course & Membership Platforms Complete course builds, membership site setup, drip content scheduling, student onboarding

CRM & Client Management Pipeline setup, lead scoring and segmentation, client onboarding workflows, follow-up automation

High-Ticket Sales Systems Application funnels, qualifying sequences, calendar integration, proposal delivery, payment automation

Operational Backend Whatever keeps your business running - if it's systems, operations, or backend infrastructure, I can handle it

But Really, What I Specialize In Is...

Being the person in your corner who truly understands your business and is genuinely invested in making it work better.

How I Approach Every Project

Step 1

Deep Dive Discovery

I don't just take your order and start building. We start with questions:

  • What are you actually trying to accomplish?
  • Who is this for and what do they need?
  • What's working in your current setup?
  • What's frustrating you right now?
  • Where do you want to be in 6 months? A year?

This discovery phase is where I learn your business well enough to make strategic recommendations, not just execute tasks.

Step 2

Strategic Planning

Before I build anything, I map it out. I think through:

  • User experience from start to finish
  • Potential bottlenecks or friction points
  • Integration requirements
  • Scalability considerations
  • What success looks like for this specific system

I'll often recommend a different approach than what you initially asked for - not because I think I know better than you about your business, but because I see patterns across hundreds of builds and can spot what tends to work vs. what looks good on paper but creates problems later.

Step 3

Thoughtful Implementation

When I build, I build with care:

  • Clean, organized setup that someone else can understand
  • Proper naming conventions and folder structure
  • Testing at every stage, not just at the end
  • Documentation as I go
  • Quality assurance before launch

I'm not rushing to get it done and move to the next thing. I'm building it right.

Step 4

Training & Handoff

I don't just build it and disappear. I make sure you and your team know how to:

  • Manage and update the system
  • Troubleshoot common issues
  • Understand what's happening behind the scenes
  • Documentation as I go
  • Make changes without breaking things

Step 5

Post-Launch Support

Every project includes post-launch support because things always come up. Questions arise.

Tweaks are needed. I'm there to make sure your launch goes smoothly and your system works the way it should.

My Values in How I Work

Quality Over Speed

I'd rather take an extra day to build it right than rush through and create problems later. Your business deserves systems built to last.

Strategic Thinking Over Order-Taking

If I think there's a better way to do something, I'll tell you. You hired me for my expertise, and that means being honest about what I think will work best.

Partnership Over Transactions

I'm not just completing tasks. I'm invested in your business success. Your wins are my wins.

Transparency Over Mystique

I explain what I'm doing and why. I want you to understand your own systems, not feel dependent on me to manage everything forever.

Depth Over Breadth

I work with a limited number of clients at a time because I believe in truly knowing your business, not just being another vendor in your stack.

Emma's consultative approach transformed our customer experience strategy.

Recent Work

Evergreen Webinar System Migration

The client wanted to turn her successful live webinar evergreen, but it was built on a separate platform. I suggested consolidating everything into Kajabi to reduce platforms, save costs, and create a smoother experience.

I built a semi-live webinar system entirely within Kajabi - complete with scheduled viewing options, automated reminder sequences, Q&A capability, and post-webinar nurture emails. Then replicated it for her second webinar using the first as a template.

Bonus: Redesigned her registration landing page to be both prettier and more optimized for conversion.

Sales Page Transformation

The client's sales page had amazing copy, but the presentation wasn't converting. The layout made it hard to read and scan, and the hierarchy wasn't working.

I redesigned the entire page - improving text hierarchy, breaking up copy for readability, cleaning up sections, and optimizing the layout for conversion. Same great messaging, now presented in a way that actually converts.

Want to see the full case studies?

I protect my clients' proprietary materials. While I have permission to showcase my work, the detailed screenshots, backend views, Loom walkthroughs, and step-by-step breakdowns aren't publicly available.

Request access to the full case studies (including before/after screenshots, video walkthroughs, and behind-the-scenes details) and I'll send them your way.

Ready to Work Together?

If you've read this far, you probably have a pretty good sense of who I am and how I work.
The question now is: Are we a good fit?
If you're running an established business and you're ready for someone who can truly own your systems implementation - not just complete tasks but think strategically about what needs to be built and why - let's talk.
